  • Having exisiting pages is usually not an issue, because the importer will create it anyway. Are you sure the pages do not exist? Or are they just not assigned to display as page on front for example?

    There are JS issues with he minified files: Especially caused by: Source Code (10 lines)jquery.ui.touch-punch.js Maybe you should add this to your exception list - so its not transfered into the minified file. In Swift Performance > Settings > Optiomization > Scripts > Exclude Scripts

    Hi, I now applied some changes - the minifcations seems to work properly now and the JS error have vanished. However, your request about showing the video durng the layoutload is not possible Im afraid - the video is the most heavy part here.

    Hi, its also broken on Desktop. The issue here is the current setup of your cache plugin. I recommend turning of the current cache plugin and delete its cache and then follow up this article: knowledgebase.unitedthemes.com/docs/improve-loading-speed/ There are 2 plugins mentioned and 1 config file - using these will defintily play well with our theme.

  • Hi, is it the same account you purchased the licenses with? Quote from cspinks: “page without giving me an option to transfer the license ” But can you see your licenses used? In this case you can remove the activation from the staging and then use the interface on the new installation in your WP Admin to register the theme again.

    Hi, did you disable the minifcation of CSS and JS in Theme Options > Advanced > Performance Settings? If so, please undo this or disable the WP Debug Mode in case you activated it. Let me know when its done.
