there is no guarantee that it will work on every server. That heavily depends on server location, server environment, connection speed etc. It's working for a lot of customers but there have been also customers who were not able to import all demos because of limitations on their servers. In these cases, we can at least manually migrate these demos.

You Server should have:

128M Memory
3000 max input vars
90 sec max execution time
PHP7 ( since its the fastest Version )
A Clean WordPress Installation

This is the best setup we have experienced so far.
