Shortcode is causing a 503 error on site.

Hi team,

After updating the theme, wp plugins, and wordpress to the latest versions. My site has crashed. After troubleshooting the 503 Service Unavailable error is coming from the Shortcode Version: 4.9.7.2 being activated.

Error reads:

Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have deactivated, uninstalled, reinstalled (from zip, from envato, from theme options/server health) and all give me the same outcome.
Any suggestions on how to fix?

Hi,

which PHP Version is running on your server?

It should be at least 7 - lower version will not work. Is Server Health all green?

PHP is 7.4

Server health was green while updating.
