    There has no registration been made for: Northhorizon.ca, so from our side we can't back confirm that a license exists.

    However, your contractor must have forwarded you the license, because without a license you are not the owner of the software, which is basically a license abuse. While I can understand your situation, there is not much we can do at this stage. We are taking license abuse and piracy very serious. Again, that does not mean you did this on purpose. Your contractor is responsible in this case.

    We got our website done by a contractor, and he bought and used Brooklyn Theme for us, we paid for it, but looks like he registered the theme or bought under his own account, so we don't see the theme listed under our account. Our domain that is using the Theme is Northhorizon.ca

    We are not trying to update our site, with latest Wordpress and all, and the in house developer is asking about the latest version of the Theme. Please help, we don't wanna go buy it again as we already paid for it and we were told it comes with Lifetime Updates. We are not in touch with the previous developer, but you should be able to verify us by our domain that is using it.

    the version you posted is working. The error you posted would affect all other customers too, which is not the case.

    For me it more looks like a cache plugin setting. Did you try to turn off the caching at all to see if the site starts working as intended?

    Which Cache Plugin do you use?
  • Update for WP 5.5 // renewing license

    Hello,

    I currently have 12 sites with Brooklyn installed and following updates of WP to 5.5 the 4 I did are showing JS errors and some glitch in the bakery.

    I have 4 new sites to start building and I wonder if i should start with Brooklyn or look at other options since those 4 sites will rely on conditional logic in Formidable and the theme with 5.5 is not supporting them properly.

    Thanks to let me know if the availability of the updated Brooklyn so I can plan properly.
