  • UT Portfolio Issue

    I am looking into an issue for a client who has the Brooklyn Theme installed and uses the UT Portfolio plugin.

    When the Portfolio plugin updates to version 1.7.42 the functionality at the bottom of the page disappears and the Theme Options gets stuck with the loading animation.

    After a bit of investigation it looks like a problem with the JS files but I'm not sure after that.

    What I'd like to do is raise a ticket on your forum but can't register. The previous designer has the Purchase Code associated with her account and I can't use it to register.
    Is there anyway to get in and raise a ticket please?
