But please can you explain the steps I need to take in order to install this exact theme. I've downloaded the theme and installed the brooklyn zip file and installed the brooklyn child zip file. But exactly what do I now do to setup the website in the way I see on the above link?

Hi, I have a client who like this theme:

But he wants the parallax effect which you can just about see on the following theme - When on the 5th slide of the hero and you scroll, there is a paralax effect. Is it possible to apply this to the above theme if I were to purchase the above theme?
