    Hi, so they can't activate PHP XML and File Info? Both extensions are basic extensions are usually active by default. This is the first time someones says that these are deactivated for security reasons. That's a problem in this case., because at least the XML Extension is very important for the demo import process.   • Hi @Comunicaentornos, you can use the license again. Note that we do not recommend having the license activated permanently on a locahost. Only use it for the update process or demo installation and register it afterwards. Once you go live, you can keep it registered permanently.

  • Hi, it's the hosting company. They use a server cluster which changes the server IP based on the server load. Not sure how this works but its the reason why this happens. Usually its a range of around 10 different IP changing constantly.
