I own one license and I want to make a new website. Both websites belongs to me, it is not for a client and the public have free access to them. Do I need a second license? Can I create the website using my current license for test, and only buy a new license when I decide to go on with the project?

How do I update? No option is being shown in my Theme panel, the version I'm using is 4.5.3.1.
