Renewed Support but still says Expired

I renewed my support (invoice IVIP28138081), but when I follow the link, it says its expired. Please can you resolve and change my start date to today as I have not been able to use it. My account is colourblue.

I'm logged in. I've tried logging out of both Envato and United Themes helpdesk and then back in again and it still shows Support Expired.

I have waited for a month now since paying for support, without any support or a proper answer to the issue above. Instead, I've had to spend far longer working out the issues myself.

Please arrange for a refund, in full.

your support is marked as supported. Since your last response on the 20th. helpdesk.unitedthemes.com/index.php/User/8823-colourblue/ shows the status at the very top.

As I said, its too late now. I had to work it all out myself, which is exactly what I purchased support to avoid. I asked for help and was ignored for two weeks.
