We bought Brooklyn for our company page. However, the person who made the purchase is no longer working with us and his e-mail iis no longer active (for almost a year). So when we try to contact support we are unable to give product key which causes some problems. Is there any other way to see product key without that person's mail? Or is it possible for you to check the records to see the product key linked to that e-mail? Or are we doomed for eternity?
