When I try to go to the link it doesn't give me an option to just renew support. I own the theme I just need to renew the support.

Hi,

you can only access that option if you have purchased the theme with the same account.

Support Times: Monday to Friday (Central European Time)
Response Time: 12-48 hours (depending on workload)
