Install in local, export online

I've already bought a licence. For another work, I will buy another licence, however I need to ask this:
Is it possible to install your theme on a local offline version of WordPress (to check and have a few tests), and then to export the website done to an online final location?

Hi,

yes that could be done with a plugin such as: de.wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/

Do not forget to deregister the local installation before activating the online version.
