this is ridiculous. especially considering you were in the process of helping me access my locked-out licenses.

Hi,

We are usually available almost the entire year and now its time for a break.

I can understand your concerns but I asked you 10 days ago for the digits of your license and you forwarded them yesterday. However, I can assure that your site will operate normally even If not activated. I will take care of your ticket when Im back.

you forgot the part where i asked about this a month ago and you never responded. a responsible business owner would have proper customer service coverage during their vacation-- and not make excuses for their ineptitude.
