Help - Editor Theme

Hello,

I could modify the theme directly on wordpress but for a short time I have not rained the possibility. Is it normal or the theme editor has moved?

I wish to have the same editor as this photo, is it possible?

Hi,

this is not related to the theme - this part can be deactivated by securitly plugins or with entries inside the wp-config.php

check for DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT
