Support/Nebraska Theme

I am helping a client with a site using the Nebraska theme...

WordPress Version: 5.8.3
URL: pollockcommercial.com
Theme Version: 1.3.9
Framework Version: 2.1
PHP Version: 5.6.40

It is currently exhibiting image display issues on some pages under Chrome and Edge - not IE and not Firefox.

I am interested in knowing an upgrade path to recommend to my client - including any support available for Nebraska or services to apply a supported and compatible new theme.
