    Hello there.

    I have bought the theme in March 2019 i think.
    Version 4.9.1.2 is installed.
    I wanted to update to the newest version, but strangely cant find any downloads in my envato account. Or a purchase email .(
    Only a downloaded zip:
    themeforest-6221179-brooklyn-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme-wordpress-theme

    I cant find a licensing tab in the worpress admin as well to retreive a license.

    Is there a way to get updates or somehow proof ownership of the template.

    are you sure you are checking everything with the right account?

    I don't think any purchases will vanish from your account - if you are sure you made the purchase with your current account, please ask envato for help - they are responsible in this case.
